> Upgrade to Pro, buy token top-ups, cancel or change your Mythex plan.

# Manage billing

## Upgrade to Pro

1. Open **Pricing** in the app (account menu or sidebar)
2. Choose monthly or yearly
3. Complete Stripe checkout

## Buy top-ups

From Pricing / credits UI, purchase one-time top-ups (for example \$5 / \$10 / \$25). Top-ups do not expire.

## Cancel or change plan

Manage subscription from billing settings. You keep access through the **end of the current billing period** when canceling.

## Invoices and refunds

For invoice copies, failed charges, or refund requests, email [support@mythex.ai](mailto:support@mythex.ai). Billing reviews typically take **1–2 business days**.
