## Who can use custom domains?

**Pro** only. Free plans publish to a Mythex subdomain.

## Buy vs connect

* **Buy** — search and register from [Domains](https://mythex.ai/settings/domains) (registration billed separately from Pro)
* **Connect** — point a CNAME at `{slug}.mythex.ai` and **Verify**

## DNS not ready?

Propagation can take minutes. Confirm a **CNAME** (not A) to the exact target Mythex shows. On Cloudflare DNS, use **DNS only** (gray cloud).

## Transfer out?

For Mythex-bought domains: Domains → transfer unlock + auth code.
