# Troubleshooting FAQ

## Preview blank or broken

Confirm the app is running (Code → terminal). Ask Mythex to start the correct server, or use `/fix`. See [Preview and Code](/features/preview-and-code).

## Publish failed

Read deploy logs in Publish. Use Fix with AI / `/fix`. See [Publish troubleshooting](/publish/troubleshooting).

## Out of credits

Upgrade or (Pro) buy credits at `/billing`. See [Credits FAQ](/faq/credits).

## Can't sign in

Confirm `mythex.ai`, try a private window, check email verification. See [Sign in](/account/sign-in).

## Domain won't verify

CNAME target must match Publish exactly; Cloudflare DNS → gray cloud. See [Domains FAQ](/faq/domains).
