From the Log in or Get started window

On mythex.ai, Log in and Get started open a small window with Continue with Google and an email field. Type your email and click Continue:
  • The email already has an account (or its company signs in with SSO) — you go to the sign-in page, with the email filled in.
  • The email is new — you go to the sign-up page.
It doesn’t matter which button opened the window. Without an email, Continue opens the page for that button.

Two-factor code

If you turned on two-factor sign-in, a Two-factor sign-in page asks for the 6-digit code from your authenticator app after you sign in. Type it into the six boxes; it submits by itself on the sixth digit. Lost your phone? Click Use a recovery code.

Password reset

  1. Open Forgot password
  2. Enter the account email
  3. Use the reset link from email (/reset-password?token=…, about 1 hour validity)
  4. Choose a new password (min 8 characters)
Google-only accounts should sign in with Google instead of resetting a password.

Stuck signing in

  • Confirm you are on mythex.ai (not a phishing lookalike)
  • Try a private window
  • Clear site cookies for mythex.ai
  • If an SSO sign-in comes back with an error, sign in another way or ask your workspace admin
