These limits come from the product plans — not separate SLAs.

Credits

When credits run out, the agent pauses. LIVE apps hard-pause on Free (and pause on Pro until top-up). Details: Credits, Hosting limits.

Live publishes

  • Free: up to 50 live apps (also gated by credits)
  • Pro: up to 50 live apps (also gated by credits)

Sandbox concurrency

  • Free: 1 concurrent sandbox
  • Pro: 5 concurrent sandboxes
A workspace you are not using pauses and resumes on its own; files remain either way. Opening another project on Free auto-pauses the previous sandbox.

Attachments

Up to 5 files per message, 10 MB each (logged-in).

Acceptable use

Do not use Mythex to abuse infrastructure, spam, or violate the law. See the site legal pages (Terms / AUP) on mythex.ai. Report abuse of published apps via the product’s report paths when available.
