Plans

Plans & credit usage — plan, balance, top-ups and auto-reload Mythex has four plans:
  • Free — try Mythex, build and publish a few apps.
  • Pro — edit code, export and GitHub, custom domains, unlimited published apps.
  • Business — everything in Pro, plus team controls: Admin and Viewer roles, per-member credit limits, private projects, members-only apps, joining by company email domain, SSO with Google Workspace and required two-factor sign-in.
  • Enterprise — everything in Business, plus governance: an audit log, rules for who can publish and who can invite, and sharing controls. From 800 credits a month; you can upgrade yourself on /billing.
Prices at a glance (monthly; yearly is 10 months’ price, so 2 months free): A credit costs the same on every plan: $0.25, a little less on bigger tiers. Business and Enterprise add a monthly fee for their features.
  • Free — $0. 5 credits a day to build (up to 30 a month) and 10 Cloud credits a month.
  • Pro — credits only: $25/mo for 100 credits, up to $2,250/mo for 10,000.
  • Business — credits + $25/mo for team controls: $50/mo for 100 credits, up to $2,275/mo for 10,000.
  • Enterprise — credits + $480/mo for governance: $680/mo for 800 credits, up to $2,730/mo for 10,000.

Everyone uses the same Standard coding agent. A paid plan buys more credits and more features, not a different model.

Compare plans

Plan cards on Plans & credits — Pro, Business and Enterprise, each with a tier of monthly credits; Enterprise is tagged Add-ons available and has Book a demo Team features follow the plan of the workspace owner. Where these docs mark a feature (Pro), Business and Enterprise have it too. Business includes everything in Pro, and Enterprise includes everything in Business.

Credit tiers and prices

Pro, Business and Enterprise come in tiers of monthly credits. Pick a tier on the plan card at /billing. The plan is the same at every tier; only the credits (and the Cloud credits that come with them) change. A credit costs the same on every plan. The price is the tier’s credits at $0.25 each (a little less on bigger tiers), plus the plan’s monthly fee: $0 on Pro, $25 on Business, $480 on Enterprise. So 100 more credits always cost the same, whichever plan you’re on, and credits you bought on one plan are worth the same after you switch.
  • Yearly costs 10 months of the monthly price — 2 months free. The plan card shows it as a price per month, billed annually.
  • From 1,200 credits a month, the credits cost a little less: 2% off at 1,200, then 4%, 6%, 8%, and 10% from 5,000 — the same on every plan. The plan fee isn’t discounted.
  • The plan card shows the exact price, to the cent, as Stripe charges it (for example $1,687.50 for Pro at 7,500, or $41.67 a month for Business 100 billed yearly).
  • Pro at 100 credits may show a sale price on the plan card (for example $25 instead of $36).
  • When you check out monthly, Stripe Checkout can offer a switch to yearly billing at the same tier before you pay.

Enterprise tiers

Enterprise starts at 800 credits a month: the credits at the same price as Pro, plus $480 a month.

Changing plan or tier

When you already pay for Pro, Business or Enterprise, choose another tier or plan on /billing and confirm:
  • Moving up: you pay the difference for the rest of the billing period now, and the extra credits arrive right away.
  • Moving down: there is no refund. You keep this period’s credits, and the new price and credits start at your next renewal.
Changing plans is not available during a trial; it opens once the trial ends. To go back to Free, cancel the subscription — see Manage billing.

Pro trial

Mythex no longer offers a free Pro trial: Pro, Business and Enterprise start on the first payment. Trials started before the change run to their end date as before — cancel from /billing before then to avoid the first charge.

Published apps

New apps are published at {slug}.mythex.app. An app that was already published at {slug}.mythex.ai keeps that address when you publish it again, so its links don’t change. Every app answers on both addresses. See What address does my app get?
  • Free can have up to 3 published apps at once (live, or paused for credits). An app that is already published can always be republished. To publish a fourth, unpublish one or upgrade.
  • Pro, Business and Enterprise can publish as many apps as they like. Each one runs on Cloud credits.
Free published apps show a small “Built with Mythex” badge in the bottom-right corner. Upgrading to any paid plan removes it. See Hosting limits.

Custom domains (Pro and up)

Pro, Business and Enterprise include custom domains — marketing may show this as “Free custom domain” (included with the plan, not available on Free). Domain registration and its yearly renewal are billed separately from the subscription — see Renewal. Manage domains at /settings/domains or from Publish on a live project. See Custom domains.

Support

Paid plans include priority support. When a conversation needs a teammate, Enterprise is answered first, then Business, then Pro, then Free. Enterprise also includes dedicated support and onboarding. See Support.

Enterprise

Enterprise is a paid plan you can buy yourself. It has everything in Business, plus:
  • An audit log, with filters by action, person and date.
  • Who can publish: admins only, or Editors ask and an admin approves.
  • Who can invite: let Editors invite too.
  • Sharing controls: turn off preview links and code downloads for members.
  • Dedicated support and onboarding.
On /billing (and on mythex.ai/pricing), the Enterprise card is tagged Add-ons available and has two buttons: Upgrade to Enterprise and Book a demo. Pick a tier (from 800 credits a month), then upgrade and pay with a card, like Pro and Business. If you already pay for a plan, the button reads Switch to this plan.

Book a demo

Book a demo opens a form at mythex.ai/enterprise/demo. You don’t need to be signed in. Click Submit. We email your work address within one business day to find a time. If the form won’t send, email support@mythex.ai.

Custom contracts

Some things are arranged by contract with Enterprise, not switched on in the app: sign-in with Okta, Microsoft Entra or other SAML providers, invoice billing, support response-time SLAs, security questionnaires, onboarding and architecture reviews, and custom connectors. Ask through Book a demo or support@mythex.ai.

Where to manage your plan

In the app, open Plans & credit usage (/billing) from Plans & credits in the sidebar, or Credits in the account menu (your avatar). Locked features (export, GitHub, custom domain, team controls, more credits) take you there too.

How to choose

  • Free — try the product: Standard AI, Preview + terminal, up to 3 published apps on Cloud credits (an app pauses when they run out), read-only code.
  • Pro — you build seriously, alone or with a small team: edit, export and GitHub, custom domains, unlimited published apps, half-price hosting.
  • Business — a company team that needs Admin and Viewer roles, per-member credit limits, private projects, members-only apps, sign-in through Google Workspace and required two-factor sign-in.
  • Enterprise — an organization that needs control over who publishes, invites and shares, and a record of changes. Invoice billing and Okta, Microsoft Entra or SAML sign-in come with a custom contract.
