Do you charge per seat?

No. Invite unlimited collaborators. Pricing is credits-based, not seats.

How do invites work?

Open the workspace menu (your avatar → the top row) → Invite members, enter emails and pick a role. You can also share an invite link. Admins and the owner can invite; Editors can too if the workspace allows it. See Invites.

What can each role do?

Admin and Viewer come with Business. On Free and Pro, the workspace has its owner and Editors. See Workspaces and teams.

Who pays?

The workspace owner, for everything spent in the workspace. Admins can see who spent what.

Can I keep some projects private?

On Business and Enterprise, yes: a project can be private to its creator, admins and the people it’s shared with. See Private projects.

Can I control who publishes?

On Enterprise, yes: everyone, admins only, or Editors ask and an admin approves. On Business and up, apps can also be members-only. See Who can publish and open apps.
