Plans & credit usage

Open Plans & credit usage in the app (/billing):
  1. See your current plan and daily credits remaining
  2. Preview usage (last 30 days) — or open full Usage details
  3. Upgrade, switch monthly / yearly, or Add credits

In-app Upgrade modal

When you run out of credits or hit a Pro-only action, Mythex can open an Upgrade overlay instead of sending you to /billing first. Escape or click the backdrop to close. The CTA starts monthly Stripe checkout. Yearly billing and credit packs are on /billing. Opening a project with ?upgrade=credits shows the credits variant. After Stripe, you return to the app with a short success celebration, then keep building.

Upgrade to Pro

  1. Go to /billing (or Claim offer from the sidebar)
  2. Choose monthly ($25/mo, 30% off $36) or yearly ($250/yr, shown as $21/mo billed annually, 42% off $36)
  3. Complete Stripe checkout
After checkout you return to the project you were in (or Plans & credits if you started from billing), with Pro unlocked. Cancel anytime from /billing → Manage subscription.

Buy credits

Pro only: on /billing → Add credits, packs of 50 credits for $15 (up to 20 packs per purchase). Credits are valid for 12 months. Free accounts cannot top up — upgrade to Pro first. Outside the Free/Pro subscription, Stripe also bills domain registration separately. Auto top-up is on the roadmap (not available yet).

Cancel or change plan

  1. Open /billing while on Pro
  2. Click Manage subscription (or Manage / resume if you already canceled)
  3. In the Stripe portal, cancel (or resume), update your card, or download invoices
You keep Pro access through the end of the current billing period. Mythex shows a Canceling state with that date; when the period ends you return to Free automatically. Paid leftover credits stay — they are not wiped. Pro-only features lock. From the Free plan card while subscribed to Pro, you can also choose Downgrade to Free (opens the Stripe cancel flow).

Domains (Pro)

Custom domains are managed at Domains (/settings/domains) — buy, connect, Configure DNS/WHOIS, transfer-out. See Custom domains.

Invoices and refunds

For invoice copies, failed charges, or refund requests, email support@mythex.ai. Billing reviews typically take 1–2 business days.
